As the Broker and Owner of Realty World Dominion, I take pride in the quality of the agents I hire. I would like to welcome George Nowicki to the Realty World Dominion organization. George is a member of the Santa Clara Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.
George has lived in San Jose since 1975. He is the proud father of Cory and Brooke who both attended the local public schools. He has been married to his wife Cindy since 1985. Cindy and George are both very involved in the community and various local charities. Both Cindy and George graduated from San Jose State.
George began his real estate career, not as an agent but as an investor in 1985 while working in high tech as a product line manager for such companies as Tandem Computers and Apple. He also owned and operated a real estate appraisal company starting in 1986. He retired from high tech in 1995 to manage his various investments and business ventures full time. After selling his businesses in 2002 he became a full time real estate agent first with Windermere in 2002, Alain Pinel Realtors in 2007 and Realty World in 2011.
In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, building guitars, playing guitar, mandolin and bass in several local bands, scuba diving, snow skiing, shark diving and pretty much anything else outdoors. He has grown to absolutely hate golf but still plays it anyway.
